Converts the old database file used in versions of Rhvac earlier than 6.08.215 into the new format.  If you had installed a previous version of Rhvac that was earlier than 6.08.215, and if you had changed any of the city data in the Weather Database, click this button to convert your old data into the new version format.  This button is only enabled if you had previously installed one of the older versions of Rhvac or Audit 6.07 or earlier, which also still uses the old weather database file format.  If you have never changed any of the city data in Rhvac or Audit you can ignore this button.
