Displays the Copy City Data dialog, where you can copy data from any of the other cities in the list into the current city.  

Select the city from which to copy data:  Specifies the name of the city from which you want to copy data.  You can just type the first few letters of the city name and press ENTER to find the city, or you can click the down arrow button beside this input and select a city from the list.

Copy only bin data:  When checked, makes it so only the monthly bin data in the bottom section of the Weather Database window is copied.

OK button:  Performs the copy operation and closes this dialog.

Cancel button:  Closes this dialog without making any changes.
